If you have received a unique Key Identification Card with your set of keys it is important that you keep this key code card in a safe and secure place. Please note that not all Yale keys are supplied with a Key Identification Card, if your keys are not supplied with a card then additional Yale keys can still be obtained from Timpson who will hold blank genuine Yale keys to cut as required.
If you have received a Key Identification Card and require additional or replacement keys there are a number of options you can take:
- Recommended – Register your unique key by creating a secure account (as applicable) on either Yale or Ultion’s website, the website will guide you through the steps required, you will need your unique Key Identification Card handy to record your unique key reference which can be found on the back of this card. From this site you will be able to order additional or replacement keys which will be delivered direct to your door.
- Recommended – Call the telephone number on the front of your key code card and request additional or replacement keys.
- The Yale and Ultion 3 Star keys are patented designs, they can be obtained from various locksmiths including Timpson who will be able to provide you with a key cut should you require one in case of urgent requirements. Please ensure you receive a genuine key to the same specifications.
