Our Guarantees are fully transferable if your home changes ownership. This is subject to a guarantee transfer payment of £49 per contract. Please also note that to transfer the existing remaining Guarantee into your name we would require an inspection visit by one of our engineers, this is to ensure the installation has been maintained in line with our maintenance guide.
