If your Everest home improvement project has been completed, but you are experiencing a warranty issue, then you will need to contact the warranty insurance provider.
You will need to apply for a 'Regularisation Certificate'.
A regularisation certificate is a document issued to an owner or occupier of a building after the completion of works have been carried out in order to comply with relevant building regulations. This document confirms that the work has been carried out correctly and meets the required standards.
To apply for a regularisation certificate, you will need to contact your local authority.
