You further agree that we can use, publish and communicate that media an unlimited number of times for an unlimited period in any of our promotional materials, including without limitation our website and on social media.
- Law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any Specific Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims (including, without limitation, non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them.
