- These terms. These terms and conditions (referred to as “these Terms”) apply to all our activities and should be read alongside any additional terms we provide relating to any particular activity (referred to as “Specific Terms”). Any Specific Terms will override these Terms to the extent there is any conflict between them.
- Legally bound. When you take part in any of our activities you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any Specific Terms in addition to any terms and conditions of sale that apply to any related purchase.
- Change. We can change these Terms or otherwise withdraw or alter any activity at any time.
- Availability. All products included in any activity are subject to availability.
- Right to decline. We can decline your order if we think the activity code or offer used is invalid for the product(s) ordered or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
- Refund. Any refunds we offer will be subject to the separate terms and conditions applying to the relevant purchase. If we give you a refund for a product included in any activity, it will be for no more than the price you actually paid for the product, considering any saving or discount.
- Breach. If we think you have breached these Terms or any Specific Terms, we reserve the right to take any action that we deem appropriate. This could include disqualifying you from the activity, reclaiming any discount, bonus or prize granted or excluding you from any future promotions and/or activities.
- Your data. If we collect any of your personal data in relation to an activity, we will process that personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Data sharing. To fulfil any requests for blinds, shutters, curtains or awnings your data will be shared with Norwich Sunblinds a subsidiary of the ASHI Group Limited who will process your personal data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Media. If you submit a photograph, video clip or any other media as part of your participation in any activity then you warrant that you have the right to do so and that they have been legally obtained or created. You further agree that we can use, publish and communicate that media an unlimited number of times for an unlimited period in any of our promotional materials, including without limitation our website and on social media.
- Law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any Specific Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims (including, without limitation, non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them.

- How do these terms apply? The multibuy 3 for 2 promotional offer terms are additional to the terms above.
- Duration. Valid from 2nd September to 25th November 2024.
- Availability. All orders are subject to availability. While we use reasonable endeavours to estimate the demand for our promotions, all promotions are available while stocks last and are subject to availability. In the event that demand exceeds our projections we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
- Price. On all multibuy 3 for 2 promotions the discount will be applied to the lowest priced item. We reserve the right to retract these offers at any time. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Product Limitations. The multibuy 3 for 2 offer applies to own brand, domestic blinds including: Vertical blinds, Vision blinds, Venetian blinds, Roller blinds and Perfect Fit blinds only. All 3 blinds have to be with the same range/style/fabric and colour to qualify. The multibuy 3 for 2 offer is not available on bought in blinds, repairs, curtains, shutters, awnings, flyscreens, or roman, venetian, panel, perfect fit, and allusion blinds.
- Other offers. The multibuy 3 for 2 offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
