When we moved into our house a few years ago, we could see that the soffits and fascias needed some attention. Over the years, we started getting problems with the guttering and noticed that there were birds flying in and out of ever-growing gaps in the soffits. The previous owners had upgraded the doors and windows, so the soffits, fascias and guttering felt like they really dragged down the overall appearance of the house. A lot of work needed to be done once the old fascias and soffits were removed it was clear that nothing had ever been done to them before! But the team were incredible at working systematically and making sure everything looked as good as it could. Now its complete, the house looks so much smarter, and finished off. I decided to replace my French doors as they were 20 yrs old and appeared to be very inefficient in that they let in the cold air in & no longer very secure. The representative for Anglian came to give me a quote. He explained all about Anglian doors how they were made in own factory and advised me on options I could consider and prices quoted. At no time did he appear pushy to get me to sign straight away! On the day of installation the fitter (Jordan) was pleasant and got on with the job taking only the morning to complete. He explained the full mechanisms of the doors & advice for aftercare. I found out that he had not long started with Anglian and I have to say I was impressed with his work. The job was to replace all the soffits, fascias and gutters. It was a big job with lots of scaffolding involved. The scaffolding took about two days to install and one day to take down. It was up about 4 or 5 days after the job was finished. The Anglian installation team was was very friendly and efficient and they have done a great job. Our experience was 5 start from quote to the knowledgeable installers who also identified and helped rectify the reason the old door was getting wet and needed replacing. The doors are made to measure unlike other suppliers, however the turn around time from quote to install was quicker than expected. I had some tired double glazed windows (turns out from 1987!) and a few original sash windows I wanted to replace with triple glazed sash. I also wanted a mix of white interior and charcoal exterior. Anglian visited and took me through all the options, shortly afterwards they measured up and the windows were ready much earlier than expected (a competitor gave me a 7 month lead time, this was about 2!).
