Each year we make a point of celebrating the milestones that many of our colleagues have reached in their service with Anglian and this year was no different. At a sparkling event in November at the home of Premier League Norwich City Football Club, we held the Anglian 2015 Long Service Awards; and were delighted that Alex Tettey and Andre Wisdom from the Club were able to join us for the afternoon.
A total of 36 colleagues were recognised for reaching 20, 25, 30 and, in one instance, 40 years’ service with us – a remarkable number of people. And it was heartening to see that we had representatives from almost every area of Anglian including Manufacturing, ABP, Maintenance, Operations, Installations, National Administration, Finance, Payroll, Computer department, ADG, Marketing, Purchasing and Legal.
Brian McCluskie, Group Chief Executive, thanked the award winners for their effort in continuing to keep Anglian in its market-leading position and acknowledged the commitment they had made over the years. Each award winner was given a plaque and a bottle of champagne to mark their service.Well done to everyone on your service achievements!
